I was searching for a very specific setting for my new home, and Denise was the listing agent for a home that met that setting criteria. During the home visit, Denise was informative, knowledgeable, and helpful, but NOT PUSHY. That house didn't work out for me, but I was impressed with Denise's professionalism, and asked her to assist me in my search. She was awesome. I wanted to work this a bit differently than most people, and didn't ask her to bring me candidate homes, but to act more as a consultant who could also arrange home visits when I found a home that interested me. I could not have asked for a better experience. After about a year and a half I found the perfect home, and she was tireless in doing her part to make it happen. She kept everything moving from executing the offer to interfacing with the listing agent to working the home inspections to working the warranty and all the way to closing.
